Domestic Shipping Policy
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. * Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Rocky Mountain Farmer Gal ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Rocky Mountain Farmer Gal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship in the US and Canada. If you are in a country other than the US and Canada, and would like to buy our product, please contact us under "say hello."
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please e-mail RockyMountainFarmerGal@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
